Brief Biographical Sketch:

Hey! My name is Emma, and I'm a sophomore at MIT. I love working in the lab! Currently I work in a genetic engineering lab which is super cool - we basically cut up a bunch of DNA and add tiny pieces of new DNA to change the function of cells. I am also on the Varsity field hockey team and involved with the Society of Women Engineers.
