Brief Biographical Sketch:

Founder of Engineered Conversations, a company founded to help engineers and technical professionals be heard, recognized and rewarded for their contributions.  After spending over a decade as a mechanical engineer, mastering the technical requirements of my work, but struggling, at times, to fully understand people's behavior, I decided I needed to study the science of human behavior. 

Today, I am a leading expert on human behavior and trainer who specializes in teaching you how to read non-verbal messages to successfully navigate career related events like job interviews, presentations & pitch meetings, and salary/responsibility negotiations.
