2015 was the year of ❇︎tumblr self care❇︎. These were the days when our phone screens would be filled with cutesy graphics from @justgirlythings, and long textposts filled with well-meaning advice about self care. Unfortunately, these weren't always the most practical. As much as we all enjoy having a bubble bath, eating some chocolate, and watching our comfort show on Netflix, taking care of ourselves isn't always going to be sunshine and rainbows. Together, we'll explore some of the different areas of self care and coping, including physical, psychological, emotional, and social. The last few years have been challenging for many of us, so come and learn some some new (or old!) skills to make the next few a little bit easier!
