Brief Biographical Sketch:
I have been baking constantly for the past five years now, from fancy French-style cakes to sourdough bread made with my own starter. I just love the science of cooking. "Melon Bread" is a Japanese sweet bread, that tastes nothing like a melon. Rather, it is a sweet roll topped with a yummy cookie topping and marked so it somewhat resembles a melon. Bread making doesn't have to be hard. Come join me and see for yourself!
