For example, they may be confusing, difficult to read, or have multiple interpretations. We'll also discuss how these visualizations could potentially be improved.

More than half the world's adults have some level of intolerance to lactose. This does not include milk allergies, which also prevent people from drinking cow's milk. There are many non-dairy milk alternatives, which allow people to enjoy milk while avoiding dairy. We will be discussing and tasting some of these alternatives, including soy milk, almond milk, and rice milk. We will try these milks in several different forms! Please note: This class will have no dairy products, but will include various nut and soy products.
